Department of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics is responsible for teaching core mathematics to all engineering students at Tampere University of Technology, and offers B.Eng, M.Eng, Dr. Tech. and Ph.D. programmes in mathematics. The faculty of the department conducts research in mathematics and its applications at an internationally competitive level.
